In this phase, we gather information about your desires with the project and the specifics of your deck. We will discuss where you will want the water to drain and any additional options you may want to include. 

Installation of your amazing underdeck will typically take a few days depending upon the size of the project. We will ensure that the system is flashed and sealed well to prevent any leaks. We use Quad Max by OSI to seal everything up. Quad Max works on all materials, can be applied to wet surfaces at extreme temperatures, is UV resistant so it lasts longer and has 5 X stretch properties. We only use the best for the longest lasting results.
